Is the unviewed video count per user or universal? To elaborate, just say one camera has recorded 10 videos. When I login it shows me that by indicating 10 unwatched videos which then drops to 0 after I open them.
If someone else has access to the same device do they see 10 as the unwatched count until they also view the videos or does their view also go to 0 after I have viewed them?

Hi @abt,
The unviewed video count is per user. So if you have 10 unwatched videos and it drops down to 0 after you viewed them, it should still stay as 10 for the other person until they view the video as well.
