Arlo Pro 2 Night Vision multi-color glare appear in recording. Had to reset multiple times.

Night vision on the Arlo Pro 2 is awful.   Motion stop recording after 19 seconds and multi-color glare appear in recording.  Over the past 60 days, I have climbed on the roof to reset the camera 4 times!   Called the "outsourced/overseas" customer service department.....useless.  He wanted me to climb back again prior to taking action.  No, I will climb on the roof for the last time when I will be return the product back to the store!  DO NOT PURCHASE
