Arlo Pro 2 Multiply Geofencing Not Working On 1 Iphone

Hi,

My girlfriend's iphone 6 doesn't arm and dismarm, when geofencing is active. The app shows her phone position right according in-zone or out of zone. On my iphone 7 arlo works well. What to do? everything is up to date. no idea

I would delete the app and reinstall it on her phone first...see if it fixes things.

Be sure her phone is up to date.  Have you tried to reboot the base station and her phone then test again? Also, The most recent Iphone app version is 2.5.5. make sure we are all up to date.

Does she happen to have any battery saving features set on her Iphone? if so, try and turn them off to see if this helps.
