Hi @michaelkenward I got two cameras with the base station. When I look at the cameras on my phone both offer me motion detection feature with ‘test motion detection’ action. However only one of the two cameras detects motion other does not.

Unable to find the solution at support link.

 

I got two cameras with base station, only one of the two is detecting motion the other is not even after my carrying out the necessary trouble shoot.

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add it?
