Both of required lights are green, the discovery fails each time I try to connect. I have already done the reset a couple of times as well.

Thank you.

What device are you using to set the system up? Is it on the same network as the base (which is connected to your router, right?).

Hey, I have the same issue.

Did you resolve this?

Thanks,

James

What have you tried? What do you see? WHat are the LEDs on the base showing?

Hi James.

It was some time back, but if I recall correctly, I had a VPN running on my phone.  I think it worked after I disabled the VPN.  It was able to see my device after that.  I don't see why that would cause an issue, so it might have been a coincidence.

I hope this helps.

Keep trying!

The VPN creates a channel to a remote server to encrypt traffic. If it doesn't allow local traffic access the base wouldn't be found since it's not inside that channel. If the VPN was between the router and the remote server, I would think local traffic would be available.
