We have been using this setup with 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras set up outdoors.  The base Station is centrally located next to a powered ethernet hub.  This has worked for quite a few years now.  However in just the past few days, I had a low battery warning on one of the cameras and for some reason, all the cameras are no longer detected by the base station.  I put freshly charged batteries in all of the cameras.  No luck.

The base station was visible in the app.  I remotely restarted it.  I tried unplugging it for a while.  In general it would cycle with the power light coming on orange then to green, then the internet light coming on to a flashing green to steady green, the camera light would maybe turn orange for a bit and cycle between orange and unlit.

I tried removing a camera and re-adding it.  It did not see the camera.  I tried to factory the base station and the cameras with no luck.

The base station firmware is version 1.18.0.3_4035_d554faf

Since all of the cameras failed all at once, I suspect the base station is having an issue, rather than the cameras.

Any suggestions?

Remove all devices from your account and reset the base by holding the button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot to power and Internet green LEDs (Camera may be off or amber). Try claiming the base and then the cameras. If the base can't be claimed, it's time for a new one.
