Hi Everyone,
I bought an Arlo pro 2 base station and four cameras. Setup easy and work well. However, two weeks now. One camera for my front door does not detect the motion anymore. I tried motion detection test, no orange light but two one-time flash red lights. The other three work ok right now. It is raining for several days, here. I am not sure if that affects the camera.
Anyone faced or facing the same issue and can help me with that?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. The battery still 70% remaining. I can try to charge it until full, however, it should not be like this.

Spec battery life is for <5 minutes of recording and live viewing per day. Have you been following that?

Hello,
Can anyone help me identify why one of my camera's stopped detecting movement and stopped alerts? I have tried to remove the battery, delete the camera and resync and no luck.
Thanks

That's for the base but what about the camera? SHould be 1.125.11.3_26229.
What mode are you using? Is the a rule for the camera in that mode? When you delete the camera and resync, any rule for that camera in a custom mode is removed and has to be readded.
