Arlo Pro 2 Camera and Base station was working fine for two weeks.
Suddenly Arlo base station completely stopped working. No lights come on. Changing power locations does not make any difference nor does pressing the reset button.
Have been on hold for netgear chat support or over an hour and no joy.

If you have some way of testing the power adapter – a spare maybe – try that.
If that fails then it is warranty time.

Thanks, finally got through to netgear live chat and we tried a different power adaptor as you suggested. It does seem that was the problem. Thanks!
