I bought an Arlo Pro 2 a few months back, thus far it was working fine. For the last two days, the base keeps going offline.
I am connected to the internet and there has been no change in power supply. I've tried to reset the base but there is no light appearing on the base station as it seems to be dead.
Could someone please assist in how to get this up and running again.

Are you saying that no lights on the front or back of the base station are showing anything?

Dit the power button get accidently pushed in during cleaning? Try pushing the power button on the back of the unit. From the back, you should see a yelllow light where the ethernet plugs in when the power is on.
If you haven't tried this already, Unplug the ethernet cable and plug the base station into another outlet. If you still have no lights, contact Arlo Support at the green banner below.
If the lights come back on, troubleshoot why the outlet is not working or use a longer ethernet cable to reach the new location. Plug the ethernet cable back in first, and then apply power and let the base station boot back up.
