Arlo Pro 2 -- Attempting to Grant Access to others -- have a problem doing so.

I'm attempting to grant access to others to view cameras.

I've created the accounts to grant access -- they have rec'd the invites & have downloaded the Arlo application to their cell phone.

The Arlo app on the cell phone states to add devices.  I attempt to add device & it never does discover the Arlo base unit.  **noted:  both the Arlo base station & cell phone are on the same 2.4GHz wireless network.

What am I missing? -- thank you,

You don't do that (and it likely means the invite wasn't really accepted).  The cameras are only added to the main account (and they can't be in two accounts at the same time).

Try logging into the friend accounts on a PC, and accepting the invitation there.
