Just granted access to someone else today. Under friends on my app (I’m the admin) it shows that access has been accepted and all cameras are ticked. When the new user logs in to app on their phone they get a page asking them to choose subscription (I don’t have a subscription) and there is no way to select ‘no subscription’.

They are, however, receiving notifications each time the cameras are triggered. I just tried to log in myself via the website and get the same scenario - can’t move past having to choose a subscription.

If anyone has any solution or advice I would be very grateful.

Likely their app is showing "Feed" and "Dashboard" on the main screen, while yours is still showing "Library".

If that is the case, the only workaround is to force your system to "Library".  You do that by starting to add a Pro 5s or a Home Security System using "Add Device".  That will fail because you don't own them.  But along the way you will get a prompt to migrate you to "Feed".

There is no way to revert back to "Library", and there are some limitations and bugs in "Feed".  One limitation is that there are no custom modes.

Correct regarding their app showing ‘Feed’ and ‘Dashboard’ and mine ‘Library’.

I tried to add a Pro 5 which failed but I didn’t ever get a prompt to migrate to ‘Feed’.

I tried to grant access on another phone of mine using a secondary email address I have and got exactly the same result.

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. The process of installing either the Pro 5 or security system should force a migration even before being prompted to start the installation.
