What worked for a while is broken again or maybe wasn’t really fixed. Camera detects motion, I get a notification and the badge on the Arlo app says 51. Other times it has said 109 with only one recorded new video. Will this ever be fixed correctly? Why does it take years to get something corrected? This is on iOS version of app.

We have released the latest version of the Arlo mobile app 2.13.
This should address the issue with the badge counter failing to reset.

The Arlo development team is currently investigating reports on this issue with the badge not resetting. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.
