I’m VERY disappointed with this system. System has completely disconnected from internet. Tried unplugging, syncing, & checked WIFI. Everything is running as it should. All other devices in home are running as they should. This is not the first time, system has disconnected from internet several times while out of town. Now it’s been two days of troubleshooting & system is still not connecting. We haven’t owned system 6 months, and having connection issues weekly. Although not as big of a deal bc at least it was working, system “updated” to a terrible version. Can’t sound alarm, can’t adjust volume,either on or off. Is this just a place to “vent” or will Arlo really respond with helpful info.

This is a community website although the site moderator and other Arlo employees do monitor this site, and sometimes offer help. You need to contact customer support or very precisely describe the model numbers of all your equipment with a full description of what you have tried if you want to have someone here help you troubleshoot the problem. Plus, a little patience is needed as troubleshooting is a process of eliminating things one at a time until the solution is found.
