For months now my geo fencing just stopped working or making notifications. If i have geo fencing selected its either always on armed or disarmed, depending the last manual setting i selected. It will not recognize when I leave or return to my area. I have updated the newest app, I have reset my base station, I have confirmed all settings on iphone are on and selected. Been using arlo for few years now and been a fan, but this is a big problem.

Of course they don’t. For 6 months, they reply every few weeks with the same thing. “We are sorry, thanks for your patience, our engineers are working on it.” Here is their game, if you don’t reply within 7 days, the ticket is cleared. Sneaky!!! So guess what, I reply immediately and will continue to do so.
They reply on FB messenger that an RMA is being created and something is going to me mailed to me. Not sure what. This two has been going on for a month. I tell everyone, stay away from Arlo. There are much better companies out their.
