Arlo system format changed out of the blue. Started out with a “Live” button on four video started having “play” symbol. Used to be able to adjust volume, can now only listen at set volume or mute. Just a very basic format, why changed? Secondly, system will not connect to internet although I have Nighthawk extender that was suggested. All other devices in home are connected & working properly yet this system continues to say “arlo System is disconnected.

Have you trued plugging the base directly into the router temporarily to see if there is something wrong with the extender?

I have not, i’ll Try that today. Didn’t think it was the extender since other devices are working fine. Thanks for advice
