Arlo Dual Battery Charger fails. Charger shows orange when charging and battery has about 20%.

My Arlo Dual Charger suddenly doesn’t charge my batteries anymore. The charger should turn orange to show it is charging. The battery has about 20%. I can charge the battery if I put it in a camera and charge the camera but why doesn’t the dual charger work? I checked all contacts and also swapped it on the charger but no change. The lights are constantly green.

Make sure your using the original adapter;

Note: You must use the Arlo Charging Station adapter and cable or the Arlo Pro camera power adapter and cable when you use the charging station
