Hi all. This seems to be a common thread, but I can't find a solution. 

 

My dad had an Arlo account with Arlo Pro and Pro 2 cameras and all worked fine.

 

After he died, I went to change the email address to my moms. To do so, I removed the cameras from the base station and reset the base station.

 

How the base station is reset, all lights are green, but the cameras wont sync. Yes, the cameras are fully charged. 

 

I've tried resetting the base station. I also tried adding the devices through a PC. When I go through the installation process that way, it' will say "device added" or whatever, but when I go to My Devices, on the app or brower, none are there.

 

Any help would be great. Thank you!

    In addition to resetting the base (hold the button for >10 seconds until the base LEDs flash amber) you also need to remove the base from the original account before you can add it to the new one.
