Cannot discover any base or cameras now after trying to log in on my phone. Was working fine on my husband's prior to this. Now they say my base is bad, which I'm really not sure about, but... if I can't get it on app, should I replace base or just replace cameras with version that doesn't require base? I have base 3000 and pro2 cameras.

Who originally set the system up? That makes a difference as to who can add devices. Also, what do the LEDs on the base show?

i did. It used to allow both of us to access app at same time but the last couple of years it only allowed one or the other. Originally, all 3 lights were green but after the reset, the camera light is amber and others are green

You need to reset the cameras too. So, start again: reset the whole system, not just the base station. Then bring a camera in (closer to the base station) and sync it with the base station. Amber on the base station for the camera is that these are too far away also. Therefore you should bring one in and do the resynching from nearby to confirm all is good with the system. Then you can worry about the distance and what to do then if that's the issue. Report back on here.

To "reset" a Pro 2, simply remove the battery for several seconds. The OP also has to claim the base as the first step which can cause the base Camera LED to be solid amber. Without that as a first step nothing else will be useful.
If you can't ever find the base, a replacement is going to be needed. A SmartHub is all you can buy new now but that will work fine. Don't throw out/recycle the base until the new one is set up. Also, be sure that you have a return privilege for the new one.

Nothing has worked. I just find it hard to believe that it just quit working when I tried to login. Either way I'm getting a new base and will go from there. Hopefully cameras will be fine with the new one.
Thanks for everyone's help!
