Arlo Base Station Green Light but Offline

Hi, My Arlo Base Station has green light but appears offline in the browser and also through the app both android and ios. I have 2 base stations, one works fine. The other one has this problem. It's been a month already but I still couldn't fix. Please help. Thanks in advance.

What do the status LED Lights display on the front of the base station? Are both base stations on the same network?
