Camera Has Been Stuck In A Firmware Update For (4) Days

My camera has been stuck in firmware update for (4) day. Arlo support told me to wait a few more days & then they will replace the camera. So I'm supossed to lose a week of security waiting for a false firmware update?

Help!

No you dont have to wait, I posted what I had to do to fix mine for the same thing. Unplugged the base station for about 30 seconds (reboot) plug it back in and let the base come backup online (3 green lights lite) then go back to your phone hit the update button on each camera screen and let it do its thing.

Have you tried to remove and re-inset the battery and try again?
