Arlo App for Android - Enabling Geofencing Message on opening

Arlo Android App keeps asking to enable geofencing when opening app. I get a screen asking "Enable this mobile device to participate in Geofencing?" I enable all devices, and confirm; but the message screen comes up again when the app is opened later.

 

Android App V2.12.2_27010, Released 121/24/19

Have you tried to remove & re-install the app and test again?

Yes, I did that per Arlo support recommendation. Now I am waiting to see if it stays fixed.

Hi @ShayneS. Is this the suggested fix? I have this problem on both my SG9 and Samsung tablet.

@trebor711 , after uninstalling the app, making sure that I had all of the latest updates on my phone (I did), rebooting phone and reinstalling the app everything seems to be working fine again.
