Every time I go online to look at my cameras, it starts with Upgrade Flash, How do I upgrade my base station???

You don't upgrade the base, you need to upgrade flash on your browser

... and it depends on the browser.

You will not see that message in some browsers.

WHat browser? Chrome and Edge will give a banner to update Flash but Flash is built into the browser so as long as the browser is up to date, so is Flash. Click on the link in the banner and enable Flash for the page.
