App says charging fault error

I’ve replaced the solar panel & cable for charging my Arlo pro 2 because it came up KB  charging fault. It worked fine by put after 3 days it’s back again. KB charging fault.

Does anyone have any idea why.

Also on another pro it’s seems to be discharging rather than charging. The battery only lasts 3 days even after charging via the mains & not been used. It’s also a new battery.

2 problems, I’m not happy.
