The Android 2.6.4_23200 App. will not let me Arm or Disarm my base station.

I touch Mode and it goes to a screen with the Base and its current mode showing.  I touch that and nothing changes.

This is with A Galaxy Note 4 running Android Version 6.0.1

Any help welcome.

I am finding that it is best not to actually log out of the Android app.

Instead I just close it by pressing the Home button.

Further Report:

When I login to the App , there is a slight pause before the Mode option shows.  If I then enter Mode I cannot change it.

If I then go back to Devices, and then return to Mode it works correctly.

It takes a few to several seconds upon opening the app for it to fully initialize. I suspect you're just trying to get to places before it has fully initialized. I wait for the Devices tab to fully show everything (battery levle, recordings, etc.) before expecting to be able to use the app fully.

No, there is more to the problem than that.

A few minutes ago I was able to adjust mode from the app.  Then I viewe the output from a coupl of cameras and went back to mode and it no longer gives the ability to change mode.  So I logged out, then back in, looked at mode and still couldn't get the options to change mode to come up.  So I looked at a couple of settings and went back to mode and the options were there.  It is very spasmodic and so far I haven't been able to get a real pattern as to what is happening.

@Erlander

Can you download the latest Android Firmware and test again?

Unfortunately due to the age of the phone there are no recent upgrades unless I go to unofficial versions.  I have done this in the past with older phones but am reluctant at present.  So the latest I can get is 6.0.1 of September 2017.

Android 6.0.1 is well within supported OSes.
