Alro Pro 2 won't sync to base station after firmware update

Both cameras synced fine before the firmware update.  I tried redoing the sync process  tap the base station sync button until the right most button blinks green then tap the sync button on the camera then it blinks blue and after a minute each one(synced separately not simultaneously) blinks amber rapidly.

I also power cyceled the base station, removed and reinserted the batteries in the cameras and repeated the process still no luck.  I even reset the station to factory settings using a pin on the button for 10 seconds until all the indicator lights turned amber.  Re-synced the station to the account and procceeded to sync the cameras as before and still nothing.

Anything else I can do?  TIA

The issue resolved by rebooting the router the base station was connected to.
