Alro Pro 2 No Alerts When Streaming.

My alerts were coming in as expected. I purchased streaming and plugged in the camera. Now I can't get alerts. I have rebooted
everything and removed / added the camera but still no alerts.
Any ideas?
[added comment] Note, I CXed the subscription and alerts came back on. I can't use the streaming if I don't get the alerts. What good is finding out you were robbed the next morning.

For clarification are you saying you purchased CVR for this camera? ... or are you Live Streaming the camera to a device?
