When I use the button to set on all my cameras, the cameras detect movement and sound and the base station's alarm works. But the app shows all the devices as disconnected and it doesn't show any recording.
The 3 lights of the base station are all green, as normal.

Do you have access to the system if you use a pc web browser and login to my.arlo.com login page?

They are shown as disconnected too. Both the cameras and the base station.

While it seems to be a communication issue with the arlo server, try power cycling the base station to start with.
