Hi does anyone know why UK support has stopped? We are still a real country, with real people using the products?? Netgear agreed to swap a faulty camera of mine 9 weeks ago and then ignored me ever since when I asked how do I return it? They won’t give me a UK number to call, have ignored dozens of emails and don’t respond to twitter, is netgear going bust???

I find that the arlo support contact phone list is well hidden.

Maybe, but Arlo is now a standalone company ever since an IPO last August.
No point in trying to call Netgear for help.
