After I installed the new app. I cannot see anything on my timeline when I try to view something it takes me right back to live view .

Hi Tiffany129,
When you are saying you can't see anything on your timeline and takes you back to the live view, are you referring to CVR?
And what phone device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device to see if that helps?
