I subscribe to the new version of Arlo Smart for my cameras but the error says my cameras need to be hard wired for the activity zone feature.. I’m going out of town this afternoon and need assistance ASAP. Ive tried calling support but was given no help.

It's correct what it's telling you. It has to be permanently plugged in to enable activity zones.

My other camera is working perfectly fine on battery, only recording in zones? This camera worked the same way up until a few days ago.

Is the camera activated for Smart (which is how the battery-operated zones work)? Maybe deactivate it from Smart and then reactivate it.

Yes both were listed as active for Smart . I’ve been paying for two cameras on Smart and one has been, and currently is, working well with zones. I just removed the trouble camera from smart, tried adding it back but received an error saying “User not Enrolled in Plan”. So apparently it’s acting like only one camera is enrolled in smart

Does this happen on the web portal & Mobile app? Have you tried to add the camera over the web?
