Access Arlo on 2 different devices

Hello ,

Have an Arlo P2 system with 2 cameras and a question. Is it possible to log in to my Arlo account at the same time on 2 different devices/phones ? When I tried it ask me to disconnect from one before i can log in to another ? Not sure why since it's the same account. One device is at home and i have another phone with me so i can see what's going on while i am out

The primary account can only be used on one device/login at a time. Use Settings, Grant Access to add other email addresses for concurrent viewing.
