I am so very frustrated with the Arlo product right now. I have the app on my phone, and the camera will not load on my phone where I can see what is going on. I can get all three cameras to show up on my laptop, so I know that the wireless is functioning. I have deleted the app from my phone and reloaded it multiple time and it still won't load. The same issue is happening with my wife's phone. Any ideas on what might be the issue? We both have android phones. We can see if something has been recorded by one of the cameras, but they will not go live on our phones.

What type of android phone and OS?

Are you using the newest app version?
