ARLO CHAT (Live Agent) is a joke. Nobody pops up to talk to you when you click on this.
I went to this because as we all know, calling the tech people is worse.
My CVR stopped working on one of three cameras that I PAY FOR. So instead of calling the tech people and having them tell me to remove the camera from my system, unplug it from the power source and generally reboot everything.....I did all that on my own. Camera is back up and works fine but I noticed a timeline is not offered. I went to settings online and it said I only have two cameras set up for CVR. Even though I am paying for three it only offers me to buy in AGAIN to add my camera back. This makes no sense. If anyone knows how to add my camera back to my subscription for 3 CVR cameras please let me know. This could be a great camera system if it had been perfected before moving on to other cameras and products.
