Not receiving recordings or notifications since 12/18. Tried deleting activity zones and restarting.

I have not received any videos or notifications since 12/18. I read other posts and deleted the activity zones and restarted tht base station but still no video or notifications received. Prior to this it was working fine for the past 2 months. Any suggestions?

Perhaps try the motion detection test, just to see confirm that motion detection is working.  Also try making a manual recording, and see if that works.

 

You could try removing the cameras and bases from the account, and then reset the base and add them back.  If that doesn't work, contact support.  https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
