2 way audio communication still doesnt work

I just pick up the set of 4 arlo pro 2 camera with base. The push button to talk and audio communication still not working. Pls advice

What devcie are you connecting with?? web or app and which browers or os ??

I connect with ny iphone x and all firmware from arlo or os on my iphone are up to date

Do you receive an error when trying to using the push-to-talk feature? Is this also happening on the web version on your computer?
