2 of 4 cameras are not Recording

I have 4 cameras. 2 record, 2 do not. Is it the base or the camera?

Hard to tell without some details so we can help. Why do you say not recording? Are they working with live streaming or just not seeing recordings in library for the 2 cams?  Any error message and what have you done to troubleshoot?  The more details the better.
