Today, I received several motion detection notifications. I opened the app and saw someone else’s videos. I had two cams linked to my base station - an Arlo Pro and sn Arlo Pro 2. Now, there is a 3rd camera added to my devices. Why is that? What should I do? Is chamging my password gonna fix the problem?

Do you have any idea whose vnew camera you are seeing? Firstly, I would delete the camera from your account. Secondly,I would change your password although if you are using that password for other devices such as your cellphone, email, etc, I would also change them there too. Pick as strong a password as you can.
Contact Customer Support at the Green banner near the bottom of this page and see if they know what is happening.
