What can you do to get the video doorbell to release from the mount when it's "stuck"?

I had installed the Arlo Video Doorbell with no issue and then decided to install the angle mount along  with a 3rd party mount for 4" vinyl siding.  I had a hard time getting the doorbell to lock back into the mounting bracket and now I can't get it to release (which would be necessary for example to access the reset button on the back of the doorbell).

I cant speak for the third-party mount you're referencing. In general, we do not recommend the use of third-party accessories as they are not specifically designed by Arlo to work with our products.
