What is happening to my alerts? No longer getting video clips. Just still images.

I'm currently on my free trial of Arlo Smart. The first two months were great. However, for the past month, when I get alerts the video clip says that it is hundred's of hours in length (clearly an error) and when I select it all I see is a still image that says it's 0 seconds. I'm hoping this bug is being addressed?

 

I'm considering signing up for the Arlo Smart subscription but this is making think otherwise. Can someone help?!
