Push notifications are controlled through the active mode on your Arlo system. If you have the enabled, they will be sent to any device that is logged in to the Arlo account.
If you do not want to receive push notifications on a specific device, you can log out of the Arlo account on that device and notifications will not be received when the active mode is triggered. You could also disable notification permissions for the Arlo app at the device level to prevent notifications from being received.
