Can Arlo camera be put on a timer system to go on at a certain time every day?

Absolutely! This can be done by using the "Schedule" feature. For more information on schedules and how to use them, see here: https://kb.arlo.com/4900/How-can-I-set-a-schedule-for-my-camera-in-my-Arlo-account
