Allow access to Friends for Viewing Only mode

The current option to share a camera with a friend should be split into two levels of permissions.  The first would be the same as it is now -- they have access to live view, ability to receive alerts, access camera controls, etc.  The proposed second mode would only allow them to bring up a live view; nothing else.
