Add compatibility with Brilliant Home Controller

Please work to have Arlo cameras supported by the Brilliant Smart Home Controller products and platform.  Nest, Ring, TP Link and other cameras are supported but not Arlo.

While I don't have any information to share at this time, Arlo's goal is to provide as many integrations as we can for our cameras. Keep an eye on arlo.com for updates and announcements on new partner integrations and which cameras are supported.
