In today's day and time it is extremely weak to not support exFAT filesystem.  How irresponsible of ARLO to force their customers to jump through hoops to reformat to FAT32.  Larger USB and microSD cards are not usable until the user reformats them often requiring a 3rd party utility.  ARLO engineering dropped the ball on this one.
