What is "Arlo Home Security System"? Is it a hub? Or can any collection of monitoring tools count?

I am looking to use Arlo to get a monitoring certificate for my home insurance. 

I'm reading through this post on the forum, and it says that I would need the Arlo Home Security System onboard at location - Is this a specific Arlo product like a hub? Or would any collection of Arlo monitoring products count?

I need a certificate that shows we have fire/smoke and burglar monitoring. Would my plan be able to get a monitoring certificate with fire and burglary? My current plan of Arlo product to get is:

• Video Doorbell 
• Premium subscription plan
• enable fire and CO detection in the app

Would this be sufficient?

Yes, but not a smarthub.  There is some information on it here:

@JamesC - The data sheet and user manual are missing from the support page.  Both are shown in the document library, but the links are grayed out so they cannot be downloaded.
