Hi Arlo Support Team,
I’m having trouble connecting my Arlo base station to the Arlo app. The model is VMB4000. I bought brand new some time ago and now want to use it to extend my network but has been impossible to connect (app does not recognize it), even after trying basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the base station, checking the internet connection, and reinstalling the app.
Could you please check if the device token needs to be reset or refreshed on your end?
