My yearly subscription was. up for renewal and I got a message that my payment method didn't work and to add another method. I added my Paypal account got the same message. Added another card, same message. Contacting their customer support is a joke. No phone number to call. Click a link to have someone call you, get a dropdown menu with options for the subject of your problem, none of which has anything to do with account. So when someone does call you they are a tech person and can not handle a payment problem and have to transfer you to someone else. You can start support request on the website but when you check back it says "updated" and when you click on the message there is no information from the company. I have invested about 7 years in this service, have 7 cameras (all of which are useless now). And get no help from the company. Any suggestions?
