I would like to share geofencing wih a member of my family. The arlo app is installed on her iphone. I can also see it on my android phone in the geofencing settings. If I try to select it, I get a message that says location services are not enabled on the iphone. When I go to settings - privacy - location settings, several apps that use location settings are listed but not arlo secure. Thus I cannot enable this setting. How can I get the arlo app listed?
Thanks for any suggestions, Jan.

Go to settings->apps->Arlo Secure, and enable Location settings there. Set it to "Always", and turn on "Precise Location".

Thank you StephenB for your fast reply. At the place you mentioned I could indeed enable location services for arlo secure. However, the remaining settings that you mention are not found there. They remain at the privacy settings page but there, as before, arlo is not listed as a location user app. Also on my android, the message remains that I must enable location services on the iphone. Any further ideas? Thanks, Jan

Odd, as they are there on my iPhone.
What version of iOS is running on the phone?
Is the app enabled for mobile data?

Sorry, I overlooked the second part of your question: yes, mobile data is enabled in the app ( as well as generally in the phone settings).

I am also running 18.3.1, and I do see the settings there.
