Have the vmb4000 base station and switched internet and all of sudden didn’t work anymore told me I had to open up ports 123, 433 and 80 with new internet company so I did. And still didn’t work after hours and hours of trouble shooting solution was to buy there new updated equipment. So if you have this problem just buy the new updated equipment save you the time and hassle but who’s to say once you buy new equipment and when the next one comes out they make that one non useable till they make you buy new equipment.

Are you sure you have no malware on your computer?
Arlo doesn't require the user to open any ports. Also, how did you open the ports you're referring to and who asked you to do so?
Finally, could you confirm how you've connected the base station to your new router - in particular, you should check that it is connected to a LAN port. Check that the LAN port it's connected to is actually switched on on your router, as it's possible to switch them off on some routers.
