I don’t have the new app Arlo. What can I do? My version is 5.5.1

You already have the current app.  But the app has supported two different user interfaces since 2023.  Which one you get depends on how your account is set up by Arlo in their cloud.

 

You can migrate your system to the new user interface.  But if your system is working properly, then I suggested waiting for Arlo to migrate you.  

 

Is there a problem that requires you to migrate?

The sistem is working properly, but if is possible to migrate to new user interface, I enjoy. Can you help me ?

IMO that is a bad idea.  That is especially true if you use custom modes, or schedule different cameras at different times.  Once you migrate to the new interface (called "Feed" here), you will not be able to migrate back to the old one ("Library").

 

But if you insist, the path is to go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera.  While that process can't be finished without the camera, it will migrate your account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
